Which just how can we know that something has simply turned up, whether it is intergenerational or not? If we're not attached in with our bodies and we're not symbolized in the moment, how would we even recognize? Like, going back to the very beginning, we can be in injury and we do not even recognize that we're in trauma.

I believe that maybe the big takeaway that I 'd such as around us, around this, is that the tale does not have to end here. Like with any type of injury tale, we obtain to be an active individual in shaping what is the end of the tale.

And I enjoy this idea that not just do we have what we can chat regarding as transgenerational injury, yet we also have intergenerational durability and that we can be component of enhancing that resilience tale. And I do not believe that we settle that tale simply by caring it for our household or ancestors. There is a way in which, when we are willing to feel and fix and recover, it is a gift that goes in both generational instructions.
